01.What types of chess products do you sell?We offer chess sets, chess boards, chess clocks, demonstration boards, flash cards, books, training materials and other chess accessories for children, schools, clubs, coaches, tournament organisers and individual players.

02. What delivery options are available?You can arrange for your own dispatch rider to collect your order, or request delivery through a dispatch service arranged by Everything Chess NG. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated before dispatch.

03. Can I send my own dispatch rider?Yes. You may send your preferred dispatch rider to collect your order. Please provide the rider’s name, telephone number and other necessary collection details in advance. Once the order has been handed over to your rider, responsibility for its safe delivery passes to the buyer and the selected dispatch service.

04. What happens when Everything Chess NG arranges delivery?When we arrange delivery, the buyer or recipient must be available to receive the order at the agreed location. By selecting this option, the buyer agrees that a photograph may be taken at the point of handover as proof of delivery. The photograph will be used only to confirm that the order was delivered successfully.

05. How long does delivery take?Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, product availability and the selected dispatch service. An estimated delivery period will be provided before the order is dispatched. Delays caused by traffic, weather or the delivery provider may occasionally occur.

Can I return or exchange a product?If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details, photographs and any relevant information. Returns and exchanges are assessed according to the condition of the product and our applicable return policy.
